First, navigate to the coupon code section in your dashboard as follows…
WooCommerce – Coupons

Select the GENERAL Tab on the left

  • Add coupon (top left)
  • Enter coupon name
  • Enter coupon description

    • Individual use – can this coupon be used with other promotions on not?
    • Products – enter any products that MUST be in cart for coupon to apply

Exclude products – enter any products for which coupon does not apply

  • Product categories – enter any categories that product must belong to for coupon to apply
  • Exclude categories – enter any categories that are excluded from discount

 

Email restrictions – enter an email address here if you want it to be checked against email customer enters with billing address. You really only need to use this category if you want the coupon to specifically be used by one person only and want to have a check in place to make sure it’s them

Select the USAGE LIMITS Tab on the left

    • Usage limit per coupon – how many times can the coupon be used in total before it becomes void

Hit PUBLISH and you’re all set. You’re now ready to start accepting your new Woocommerce Coupons
